The apartments have mold and a major roach infestation. The apartments are very small, the one bedroom and two bedrooms. The management is very bias if you are non Hispanic. I would not recommend these apartments to any human.

These matches box apartment do not worth no more than 1100 or 1200 dollars but they want more because of the economy when they bedroom can’t even fit a full bedroom set and it’s only 1 bathroom.They spill paint over the wall to make it look good just to overcharge you.No body’s using those outdated stoves no more.The whole building need to be renovated properly.why do tenants have to pay so much for rent plus water bill?Its not fair.Water bill due on the 25 yet they harass you every month before the due date talking bout it’s a reminder,we remember and it’s not.You also have to pay a fee every month to pay water bill.They be so quick to post on your door without contacting you for little things that might have been misunderstanding it’s ridiculous.They really pick and choose here.It’s ok for management to say GM while on grounds it don’t hurt.I have something big in the making I pray God speed the process up because I hate it here!!Wheres the City!!
