Didn't vacuum the entire back of the car. Had a recent beach trip and was looking to get the sand vacuumed out. Will not use this business again. Hard to find quality work these days.

Not a terrible wash for what you pay but they're never consistent. I usually get the "Extreme Shine Wash" at $27 and the quality will depend on how busy they are. I've tried getting the "Super Interior Clean" a few times and have been told twice that they don't have enough workers for it. Meanwhile, there were 5-6 employees waiting around with no cars coming out of the wash. I just go back for a basic wash if/when I need something quick and set my expectations.

They left my car in drive the other day going through the car wash and my car went through the parking lot, crossed the street, and finally stopped when it hit the curb. Luckily my car wasn’t damaged and no one was hurt. They refunded me part of my car wash ($18 out of $21) not sure why they didn’t refund me the whole thing? And gave me a free car wash. Feel like I should have been compensated way more. Doubt I will ever return
