No one will answer the phone for me or my doctor. My doctor left a Rx on the voicemail yesterday and when we went to pick it up after the store had been open for 6 hours they said they didn't have anything. Unfortunately, this is my experience with CVS in general. Will never try CVS again.

This pharmacy is understaffed and slow. There is always a long line and it moves unbelievably slowly. There is no attempt at helping folks get their prescriptions in a timely manner. Literally every other pharmacy I have used is better. I'm done using this location.

Always treated with care and respect here. They have more staff and I can see the difference! The store is well stocked and clean and the managers up front always go out of their way to help. Thank you cvs carmel!
