I don't recommend living at Las Vistas. First off, the parking is a nightmare. Not enough spots and WAY too small. Expect your car to get dinged up constantly or park far away to get a normal size spot. Second, some of the security here are the absolute worst! One security lady in particular has harrased me multiple times and has written "violations" for things that aren't true. I had to go to the office and discuss with the reception/admin folks because of her actions. In my building, there is only one elevator and it breaks every so often and takes them a day or more to fix, which is very inconvenient for those who need to use the elevator. MOVING IN and OUT: expect to pay a security deposit ($250 refundable) and a fee ($70 non-refundable) for a security to sit and watch you for a max of 4 hours while you move in and again while you move out. May not seem like a big deal, but they're paying the security guard anyhow so why should tenants be paying additional fees for the same security on the schedule to watch me. That's their policy, not mine. Plus the deposit is for that purpose anyway. Why not just have the security come at the beginning, confirm any prior damage to elevator and then confirm if any damage after the move. It is quite ridiculous! Even with all the signs about cleaning up after your dog, there are still quite a number of people who could care less and being that I carry my own bags for my dog, it is frustrating stepping in poo when I consistently do my part to clean up after my dog. The only plus side to living here is the 1/1 apartment is a nice size but that's about it. The little good does NOT outweigh all the bad. Looking forward to leaving here very shortly...pandemic made things difficult to move for a while. Good luck if you dare to live here and deal with the madness! Hopefully you'll have a better experience if you decide to try.

They should fire the people in the office, because one calls them to ask something, and they rudely send me to read the website. Because they say they don't have time to answer calls. Are they hired to heat the position? Lousy attention!
