It really sucks that you’re not allowed to smoke hookah inside.. after all it is a HOOKAH LOUNGE. The host was specifically very petty throughout the night. I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t allow us to order food. It wasn’t until later on into the night that our waitress offered us food from the menu. I wouldn’t go back specifically due to the poor customer service, but I do recommend the espresso martinis and fries.

Any age can visit, as Balans is a restaurant however I'm not sure about the age requirements for hookah. Likely the same age for tobacco
