Ryan showed up late for my service call. When he showed up he inspected my dryer and informed me that I needed a new motor. He said he would order it and get back to me when it arrived. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. Then after leaving numerous messages for an update between 2 and 4 weeks after his inspection I still had no responce. After calling for 5 weeks Ryan finally answered the phone. Then he tells me that my motor was on back order and he'll contact me when it arrives. At that time I was fed up and went on line to find one. The first appliance parts website that I went to; "PartsSelect.com" had the motor instock, so I ordered it and received it 4 days later. I then left numerous messages for Ryan but he never returned my calls so I ended up installing it myself. Boca Raton Appliance Repair is absolutely horrible. I don't know what Ryan was doing for 6 weeks but he obviously never ordered my motor and ignored all my attemps to communicate. He's one on the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, dishonest person i've ever met in a business environment. I would advise everyone NOT to use them.

They hold you up all day and they never show up and no one answers the phone after 5:00pm. This very unprofessional. Will never use them or recommend them. They are scammers
