Terrible service so far. I applied a week ago and their office is closed to the public. They won't answer the phone 20 minutes before close but will call me back at 4:28 and leave a voice-mail. I have been without water for a week...

I can never get on the website to pay my bill it’s always down I work til evening so I pay by this method which never works ugh frustrated

Website is down. Cant make a payment that is urgent. Told me to not use third party payment system because they print checks then mail them taking up to 3 weeks for processing. Well I tried to pay through the main site but WEBSITE IS DOWN.....
