I believe for kids I've seen but they might have for adults too, I'm not 100% sure.

I dont think so. But you can call & ask. I pretty sure they dont have anything for free.
You have to pay for it and if you dont pay it for a couple of days, i assume they increase the overdue payment. But instead of paying for the overdue book, they accept donations for overdue payments.
