My handyman provided me this company to contact for pricing on prehung interior hollow doors for my residential home. I wanted to contact them to see if the pricing was any better versus a standard Home Depot or Lowe’s. I contacted them yesterday at 12 noon and they were incredibly short and unhelpful with me on the phone. I understand that everybody has their own policies so they advised me that they don’t give any pricing over the phone that they send out quotes to your email. I said no problem at all and provided them with my email and expected to see some thing within a reasonable timeframe. The whole day passed, and then I contacted them the next morning because I still have not received anything and I simply just wanted to know a price! Upon contacting them back and just quickly advising what took place the day prior they were even more short and rude saying that nobody remembered who I was etc. I asked if the gentleman that I was speaking to could simply provide me with a dollar amount and/or email me the quote as they had advised yesterday. The gentleman said it would be “stupid” to send a quote twice, we don’t do business like that and slammed me on hold. Came back on the phone said nobody knew and then dropped the price over the phone to me (I though they didn’t do that?) Asked me a bunch of questions in a very annoyed fashion and frankly made me feel stupid. Didn’t even allow me to say thank you before he hung the phone up on me. In this world currently it does not pay to be ignorant and rude especially when you’re running a business. You at the very least need to be kind, cordial, pleasant, willing to assist when your literally trying to sell a product(s). Both men I spoke to had none of these qualities. Their prices were exceedingly higher than Lowe’s and Home Depot anyways for the same quality material. Never would I contact this company again for anything. Shame on them for being so inconsiderate and obnoxious.

They are refusing to replace my doors and the warranty was voided because they cut my doors down, they did not tell me this voids the warranty otherwise I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED HERE. Claims because I put a black finish on the door I cant have warranty no where on their website or PLASTPROS warranty does it state that. I TOLD HIM FROM DAY ONE I WAS PLANNING ON DOING A DARK BROWN/ BLACK FINISH...... REFUSUAL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AFTER 2 YEARS IVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES ON THE DOORS SINCE 1 MONTH INTO INSTALLATION. THE 4,000 HARDWARE I PURCHASED FROM THEM -EMTEK- IS ALL FALLING APART FINISH IS COMPLETELY GONE (ALSO DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY). Not only do they refuse to take responsibility he wants me to pay LOL 4500 dollars to re-install doors and has given me the run around since OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS.... these doors CONSTANTLY have issues The doors ARE NOT functional the install is so bad they dont open/close properly or lock. I PAID 24K FOR DOORS AND CANNOT EVEN LOCK THEM OR USE THEM HOW EMBARRASSING IS THAT. Their demeanor and they have the audacity of blaming me because of the finish I have for the doors WHEN YET OTHER COMPLAINTS SHOW HOW UNETHICAL THEY ARE. These doors are literally falling off the hinges. These are suppose to be impact doors they are ABSOLUTE TRASH. Because of the cuts they did the doors are completely expanded and un-useable. Now I have to hire an attorney just to get my money back, and wait for them to reimburse me over 20,000 dollars for the lowest quality impact doors south Florida has to offer. Not only is the finish not included with your purchase but they are very sneaky and shady I would NEVER do this to anyone in my life. I wouldn't recommend this company even to my worst enemy. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NOT TURN KEY, EXPENSIVE, OVER PRICED, BAD QUALITY. 24,000 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. Thanks a lot Lenny. update: I have reached out several times no one that works there cares.

DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR DOORS TWICE. Look at the review photos they speak for them selfs the doors falling apart. Never honoring their warranty what a nightmare! 20,000 down the drain. Never would shop here again.
