While visiting this location last week I was extremely disappointed with your employee Shannon who would not allow me to workout because I was a member from out of town. She was rude and unprofessional. I will be canceling my memberships as soon as I return to austell, ga. Sincerely Michael L

Hi there, children 13-15 can workout with a parent or guardian and teens ages 16-17 can sign up for their own membership with a parent or guardian's permission. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
I don't work there but they do have a table set up with a bunch of donations.
