THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, YOUR CALLS WILL NOT BE RETURNED, AND NO REPLYS TO EMAILS! I've lived here going on 3 years now and I must say it's been nothing but a stressful experience. Out dated units and yet they've increased the rent all in one $750 with only 2 months notice. Please take your time and look elsewhere or be sorry like ME. Worst choice I've ever made was ignoring the reviews. Thankfully whenever Andrea is working you'll be able to reach someone but she's only one person and has no authority, but she's really sweet and does what she can. However, good luck with trying to get in touch with management!!! I've been left messages since July and still have not heard anything from them. Yet they'll address each and every notice with " Dear valued residents" The only thing they value is your MONEY AND RENT BEING PAID! This place is anything but peaceful and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. When the new company merged over they were very helpful in the beginning lol of course. Eventually their true nature was exposed and now everything is all about FEES AND MONEY! SO MANY FEES THAT I'VE LOST TRACK OF WHATS WHAT! And no one can explain which fee is for what and whom it's going to. Valet trash fee that is never picked up, Ach fee for paying online and additional fees depending on what form of payment you use. 3 flights of stairs with no elevator and still paying $2,300 plus each month on a single household income! Folks save yourself the stress and burden and seek elsewhere.

Apartment is cool, leasing office is absolute dog shit… Initial money order during move in was stolen and never applied, being overcharged by SimpleBill for electric because I was supposed to have my own FPL (wasn’t told this when I first moved in, simple bill was mandatory). Paying a trash fee via rent cafe AND simplebill totaling over $300 in extra charges I paid, which I did NOT receive help for when I consistently contacted the office. Leasing office tows cars for construction without 24hr notice to tenants (at owners expense). Emails they send stating “park at location on map” have no map or attachments. I’m not the type to ever complain via reviews but after sending MULTIPLE messages to the office managers via voicemail, email, etc. I guess I can help future tenants. My overpriced 2/2 is cool but honestly the leasing office staff is super sketchy and should probably be investigated. Not professional at all

The rent office stole my money and I’m still fighting to get it back. I’m beyond upset, how do I pay my rent and have to chase my bank down? I paid with a cashier check and it was stolen

Mostly quiet.
It depends on the amount of bedrooms u are looking for its not the cheapest but its worth every penny as the place is well maintained and you don't have to report a problem twice they are very proactive and on the ball. Current tenant
