Placed an order for an awning. You would think if it wasn't available, it would say so instead of allowing the order to be placed. I had to call after no shipping info (10 minute hold until I hung up & called back) to find out that it is not even available. No refund either once I finally reached someone to find out that information. I tried emailing twice with an auto response that the email is no good. I am now going to contact my credit card company to file a complaint. TERRIBLE customer service.!!! I would never order from this company again. Buyer BEWARE!
