Currently looking for my next home in Miami, I stoped by this property yesterday and was greeted by who I believe was the property manager. He was extremely welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, he provided me with a long list of great amenities and explained the area and what the property has to offer. After speaking with him I left the property impressed by his approach thinking I can definitely see myself living there. The units look spacious and open, kitchen and bathrooms are modern and bright with high ceilings and easy and secure parking for tenants as well as guests. I currently live in Midtown Miami and love it, but after visiting this property I see myself making the move to Riverhouse at 11th. Thank you for a great tour.

I absolutely love Riverhouse at 11th. The location and views are perfect. I love the fact that there’s a supermarket across the street, I’m minutes away from Brickell, and the amenities in this building are amazing! Thanks to the great management my move-in process was super easy and stress free.

I stopped by earlier this week to view a 1 bedroom unit. Absolutely stunning views and modern design. The gentleman who helped me, Fabian, was very engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. River house is on the top of my list.

I went to River House at 11th Apartments looking to rent and I am in love with this place, it is gorgeous! I can easily call this place my future home… I have to say that I couldn’t close my eyes from the moment I walked in to look at the property, the amenities are incredible, a fully equipped gym, the pool, the sky lounge and the view of the city are breathtaking! The leasing office staff is the best, I was assisted by Fabian who has an AMAZING personality, he is always smiling, super attentive and very helpful, willing to go above and beyond to assist you. Thanks to Fabian again for his great assistance!!!
