We have two separate locations serviced by Waste Connections. While both locations frequently have issues (non-pick ups, broken/missing trash cans, etc), they are usually addressed relatively quickly when you call into their service center. On the occasion the issue isn't fixed after a first call, it's always been taken care of after a follow up. While the pricing all seems like a scam (our location that gets serviced less frequently and requires less work is almost double the pricing for our primary location, and the sales team has every excuse in the book for this...), I'd like to acknowledge all the ladies running the phones who are dishing out solid customer service at a place where (I can only imagine) there are plenty of unhappy customers calling in. 5/5 for them alone.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THERE IS. NO RELIABILITY AT ALL, BUT QUICK TO RAISE YOUR MONTHLY BILL ALMOST 900.00 MNTHLY AND THE TRASH IS NOT PICKED UP FOR DAYS. THEN ANIMALS COME AND RIP THE TRASH UP

TERRIBLE SERVICE. After constantly calling our pickup was being skipped every other week for a month already, we decided to cancel since contract had expired after a year. We called to cancel & they claim we couldn't cancel cause we were breaking contract so we'll have to pay a fee if we wanted to cancel????? We replied they were the ones breaking contract by not picking up & they said they'll give us a call back to proceed to cancel the service...& no they never called back...

Terrible service we have been waiting for 3 weeks to come and pick up the garbage we pay correctly for the weekly service and they do not comply when you call they tell you that you are on the route and they never comply 😡 we have been like this for 3 weeks !!! they are the worst company in Miami if you are looking for a Garbage collection service please do not hire Waste Connection I do NOT recommend it!!!!
