It's been a year since I made the $250 payment to secure my lipo 360 with Dr. Dress, and a lot of promises and excellent customer service when I did it, just to be ignored for 11 months !!! no calls back or any reply on my emails to schedule my surgery and now I am requesting my refund and it is impossible to get in contact with the billing department, so irresponsible and completely unprofessionals, I want my $250 refund they were very fast in trying to get my money...!!

The Reviews Are Bad , I Understand Why But Not To The Point Where You Dont Want Surgery Here . Only Some Coordinators Need To Work On Communication . Aka , Samantha . Dr. Dress did a good job on my tummy tuck. My only complaint is after your surgery they don't give you any pain meds to make you feel comfortable. It's like you wake up from the anesthesia and in pain. When I was laying there after surgery another young lady just came out from her surgery and she was screaming in pain and the staff only asked her to calm down and did nothing to try to help her. I was in pain as well but I guess I have a high tolerance for pain. I didn't stop being in pain until the recovery house staff I was staying at had to go get my pain meds. That was crazy.

Cell saver is an additional $550 and is a machine that acts as an internal blood transfusion. Blood lost during surgery is cleaned and then put back into the body. Patients undergoing a procedure that involves lipo, fat grafting, or BBL and whose hemoglobin falls between 11.0 and 11.9 qualify for cell saver and can learn more about it from their patient concierge after they complete required lab work. A cell saver may be able to provide you with the added safety you need to recover

I have him as a doctor, I haven’t done the surgery but his staff pre op Deysi Paz and assistant are the worst returning calls and they don’t bother to reply any emails either. I have to call a couples of days in a row to receive a call and they are in a hurry so be prepared to ask whatever in short time
