I am not the typical client who leaves a bad review but since their reviews were what attracted me to them I think it would be fair for other clients to know that they are not so excellent, thanks Alvaro for trying very kind and attentive your service, when I went to the office in Miami where other people assisted me the service was also very good but they misinformed me regarding the procedure I wanted to do and that is very unfortunate especially because I paid for an appointment so that they mistakenly told me that my case did not proceed, yes I was offered other options but it was not what I expected. Since I was not satisfied with the information I was given, I contacted two other immigration advisors and an immigration attorney who confirmed that the request I was trying to process was possible and that the information I was given was not entirely true.
