Went in at 6:30 and was told I could not be seen due to them being done for the day. The hours stated they were open until 7pm. Will find a better place to be seen tomorrow. 1-26-22 lucky for me I was able to get into to see a competent doctor today and was diagnosed and am now resting and hopefully on my way to a speedy recovery. Definitely learned my lesson about not trusting the hours posted. I should have listened to the word of mouth about this establishment.

This location has some of the best staff. We’ve taken our kids here for stitches, broken bones, strep, and all of the unknowns. They are attentive, listen, and try their hardest to get you in and out. Two of the providers, Benesch and Jacobs are literally some of the best we’ve ever encountered. I’d trust them with any issue. Columbus Urgent Care is a great business in our community. I’m so thankful for their services.

I wish I could go less than 1 star!! Had the unfortunate opportunity having to deal with whomever Miranda's role is there. She didn't even have the courtesy to introduce herself. Asked for complaints and did a 3 second "evaluation". My son complained of pressure in his ear amongst other things. Have no idea to this day anything about that. So basically gave an antibiotic which I asked for another one because I don't like the one she originally prescribed. Getting her to order a cough medicine was was like pulling teeth and I felt like I totally inconvenienced her for having to write out 2 prescriptions. For what they are going to charge me for that visit I'm beyond disgruntled! No wonder our health care is going to hell in a handbag. Personality of a wet mop. After this experience I wouldn't send my dying dog to that place. Guarantee no one in my family will go back!
