Texting me the day before imaging is scheduled demanding an upfront payment for an MRI…..then telling me you’ll take a lesser amount and then say you’ll cancel my appointment?! All at 8-9 o’clock at night. What a joke! I’ll go somewhere else. Bet this isn’t the first time and won’t be the last time you are completely unprofessional.

My husband is a physician and he refers some of his patients to NHI for MRIs and CT scans. Today it was his turn to be a patient. Everyone he came in contact with were very polite and professional. His patient care coordinator was Chelsey and Patty was his tech. Exceptional care and walked him thru the entire process. Both of them made his experience so much better. You always have a choice as to where you receive your procedures. I definitely recommend NHI over any hospital facility for MRIs or CT scans. They are less expensive and the care you receive is higher quality. Also ask about their self pay pricing. If you have no Insurance or super high deductibles…I will definitely continue to send all of my husbands patients to NHI for any imaging needs and I highly recommend them to any person that is being referred to have imaging tests done. I had to have two MRIs at this facility recently and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The staff was warm, helpful, professional and I almost got the impression I was their only patient. They were amazing especially Suzanna and Sydney (I had asked them to jot their names down and the second name could be Syaney but I think it's Sydney). It was just a wonderful experience especially given how close you are in one of those machines.. they were very sensitive to that
