“Helpful place” that was not my experience. I came it to see about a replacement remote for my vehicle and the guy in the key department said he wasn’t trained to do vehicle keys or remotes. He then called for someone to come help me. I waited a few minutes for a man in a dark grey polo to come up and say to me “what’s up boss”. I’m confused at this point because I’m not his boss, I’ma paying customer. I’m just standing there looking at him and the other guy and I remained silent, because I’m not his boss. He then asked me if I was here for a key and I told him no then the other employee said I was here for a remote. I’m tired and dirty from work, I’m not in the mood to be called boss. I’m a customer I deserve to be called sir. I was clearly annoyed and said I will go elsewhere. The man in the grey polo should get some retraining on proper ways to address customers, I think his name was Mike.

Helpful Place. Literally. I came in with a plan and a few things to grab. Friendly and helpful staff made it quick and easy. I usually try and find a staff member that knows a little something about what I'm trying to do, and was able to find that here. I use the rewards system too, It constantly sends me coupons and rebates that are awesome. Great staff, and overall great place. I would certainly come back :)

The people here are always friendly and very helpful and it's worthwhile shopping here some things are a little bit higher but a lot of them are right on the money and quality is the best they stand behind their products
