Would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here if you want to follow your own birthing plan or even be in control of what happens to your own body. If you do not want them to perform any little procedure on you they will call you the next day and tell you they cannot see you anymore. Oh well had bad vibes on the first visit anyway. If this is your first birth, do not use this place. Horrible treatment from woman to woman, my body my choice and what happens to me, not at this place.

I've been going here for over 4 years now and most staff are AMAZING but Cindy is the worst. I have monthly reoccurring payments because of ongoing health care treatments but Cindy con't to refuse me the ability to make an appointment if I don't pay in full. She disregards the office policy and stated that my paid in full bill is the companies main concern. I've had several staff tell me paid in full isn't need to be seen but Cindy is the only person that makes appointment and con't to refuse them. So if you ever wonder if the office cares about you or the money...it's the money. I hate to walk away from the wonderful care here but thanks to Cindy I now have to find care somewhere else after being treated by the same group for 4 years.

I’m an established maternity patient seeking for medical advice. Called the office and got transferred straight to a voicemail not only once or twice but 5 times! Is no one working there at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon or what? Left a voicemail and no one called back after 40 minutes so I called again, operator transferred me to voicemail yet again. RIDICULOUS!
