This Court House is a disgrace to this country for how they handled John C Murphy, assaulting an attorney for doing his job. And he wasn't even charged with a crime. Easily the worst legal system ive ever heard of and they all deserve to be fired and barred from any public service offices for this.

The security guard when you first walk in has a lack of people skills and needs to learn how to talk to people other then that everyone else was om

We just renewed our passports here and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the young man who navigated our photos and paperwork, who's name is Michael. He was very calm and kind to everyone who he waited on. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Very pleased with their service and attention to the customer needs. Excellent Team! Thank you Ms Tracy for taking time and research to help me to sorted out the information for my son’s birth certificate issue. She went far and beyond the extra mile to assist me.

Yes we do
The best way to find out, is to go to the clerk of courts and ask a secretary. They will give you the legality of the situation. You dont wanna take advice on something like that and be even the slightest mislead. Good luck
Our deed was changed without our knowledge and was stolen from us without any help from this county, where is the law when property is stolen.
The city
You need to prepare a new deed and have it recorded. The clerks office has a sample one but there are many out there. It's $10 for the first page and $8.50 for each page after. If there is a mortgage you will have to pay doc stamps. Also each signature has to be notarized with 2 witnesses per signature.
Probably, but you should ask one of the deputies there to be sure.
How much time I have to file a claim in small claims court?
Florida statue says a 3 day wait for the license to be valid unless you claim a hardship. Then the 3 day wait can be waived
Ok...sounds easy, but I do not live in Brevard County. Is there another means for people seeking this info if they do not live in the same County it was originally ordered in?
