Jon Friesen was my attorney and he was wonderful at making me feel comfortable with the whole bankruptcy process..he even gave me his personal cell phone number to call in case I was worried about anything or had a question that needed answering! Filing bankruptcy can be embarrassing and make you feel like you're a "bad" person but they all treated me like a normal person..helped me to not feel as bad about having to file. The outcome after all of the work put in by the firm was I filed bankruptcy and I didn't have to worry about losing my parents' house (it was in my name)..payments were set up that I can afford and I am looking forward to being debt free for the first time in years..the stress is gone!.
