Way too expensive. They price high and use profits for administration and to provide charity rather than letting affordable pricing be the charity.. a single coffee cup with cost you 2 dollars or more here.

Really great stuff, some prices are a bit high for a KARM store. Good prices for the most part, but more thought should be paid to pricing.

The prices are too high here. We shop a lot of thrift stores as we travel from state to state. We also donate as much as we can. We love the concept. So many of the prices were equal to new retail. That defeats the purpose of the thrift store.

I went to go purchase a dresser for my nursery. I’m about 5 months pregnant and had been periodically checking in to see if they had any that would fit in the space, usually with no luck. Because of this I came solo, not planning to buy. When I went to go ask the clerk if I could get a discount bc one of the handles was falling off, she just told me no. I had Watched her be so kind and polite to everyone in front of me in line, yet she was very short with me. When I told her I was pregnant and asked for help with the dresser into my car, she acted as if I asked for a kidney. When the employees helped me with the dresser, I continuously thanked them and apologized for the hassle and it was total silence every time I spoke. If you are a place that deals with the public, you should be friendly. If you are a place that sells furniture, you should be equipped to help people out with their furniture… and not make a polite pregnant woman regret ever spending too much money for a damaged dresser. I’ll never shop there again. The mark ups are absurd and only a small portion of the profit goes to charity.
