I was in your store the AC was out it was so hot I could not shop. How do you expect people to shop or God forbid work in these conditions this is America not China. Get your AC fixed.

I would like to thank you for refusing my antique items and throwing them back in my truck today. You are a rude person and should not be in a managerial position. You clearly know nothing about reselling. I went 2 minutes down the road and put them in good hands and a collector snapped them up in about twenty minutes. Oh well, I know where to take my business from now on and I will donate nothing to Goodwill again.

This store has gone down hill over the last few years, but more so over the last few months. There is a high turn over of employees and managers. Makes one wonder why they all keep leaving. The prices just keep getting higher. Some things are even priced higher than what you could buy it for brand new. I have also seen items with the tag still on them, priced higher than what the original store tag says. I understand that they're trying to make money, but wouldn't it be better to make a fast nickel than a slow dime?..It's rarely ever organized. Toys, shoes, clothes, dishes, broken picture frames, and other merchandise are strung around the floor. The AC always seems to be on the fritz so shopping is uncomfortable with the heat. Plastic totes are usually placed under the unit to catch the water that is leaking out. I use to visit this store 2-3 times a week at least, and now I may go in once or twice a month. They definitely need to get more organized. Not only for a cleaner appearance of the store, but also for the safety of the shoppers.
