My grandson is buried on the so called new section of the cemetery and the area is know as the forgotten land . My daughter has to clean up his area as the grass is seldom cut and there is no where to put the old flowers etc . The other areas have garbage cans . They are very quick to sell the plots ( we own 3 ) but there is no follow up after the deal is done . I’ve spoken numerous times to various staff but all I get is lip service . There is not enough space for me to write all my complaints maybe some one will call me . If they do call it will be a first

I come here on a daily and I love the maintenance men because they keep it clean and well kept. The young lady that works in the office I can't remember her name but she has actually worked with me and my family on my mother plaque and on her burial everything she has been wonderful she's got a beautiful soul and she made sure that my mother was placed to rest comfortably and she is working with us now on the plaque not rushing us not demanding money she's very empathetic and knowledgeable I come here on a daily everyday once a day so I know that it's well kept I put many things in place them on my mother's grave site and nobody's ever taking them or stolen it or removed it and that's what I love most about this place if you put something on a loved ones grade they don't touch it they let you do everything that you want to do with your loved ones plot and that's what I appreciate most I think that customer service and being empathetic and understanding how the family feels is one of the most important things when dealing with the situation or with the place like this and I find that all of the employees are very empathetic and very understanding and work hard thank you for all your hard work and everything you do to keep my mother's area clean and woke up and untouched!!!!!

My plots was paid off May of last year was told would receive my deeds to my plots in about six to eight weeks. Going on eight months still have not received my deeds yet. Keep telling me someone will call me back which they never do. Maybe they talk to my lawyer. Tired of the lies.
