We stayed at the Selby 100 Mile House carriage house during a road trip. It was fabulous. The grounds are beautiful, truly a stunning setting. The food was delicious, the hosts very gracious. I wish we had stayed longer!

Hidden treasures are the Best – – This place is a destination in itself, rivaling some of the best B&Bs in this country. The historic renovated building and Decour is immaculate, the grounds and River Terrace view tranquil, the innkeeper and staff warm and friendly, the food and drinks unrivaled in the area. After a long trip from California, I arrived to what felt like home. I’m not a local, but I feel like one now. I found this place on Google by asking for the best place to stay in Southern Ohio. I couldn’t believe it, but took a chance, and I’ve never been happier that I did. Where is the 6 star button??

My wife and I just spent the weekend in the Gardener's Cottage at Selby 100 Mile House & Gardens. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as though we were the only guests on site. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. Every meal was delicious and well presented. The cocktails were great as is their selection of bourbon. The alfresco dining loggia overlooking the Ohio River is the perfect setting for dinner. If you find yourself in need of a quick but close getaway that offers quality service rivaled by few, then dinner, brunch, or a stay at Selby is a fantastic choice. Thanks to Mike, Tim, Eric, and Karen for making our anniversary so enjoyable and memorable!

Today we visited the Selby 100 Mile House and their newest edition - Mirage Champagne Bar. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and the goodies we got to-go were AMAZING! We tried several delicious menu items, including the onion dip and ham & cheese quiche. For dessert, the cinnamon rolls and coconut cream cake were absolutely divine. They even had homemade dog treats available which our dog loved! The staff was excellent and accommodating, and while we did not get to see the dining area at this time, the kitchen was beautiful and clean. Wonderful experience and I can’t wait to come back soon for a mimosa with a view ❤️
