Nothing truly gonna kill sound but if you could get a Green Giant to grow fast and full in stims and leaves from stock that may help yes it's thin but smaller things work sometimes, I've never tried this so don't run with it lol. There are maybe and they are trees that may help better but you would need the space to grow them and I mean space I'm not a person with tree credentials but thru experience of trying I speak
