Secure, yet welcoming. Concierge landscape care. Responsible lot clearing, with tree preservation. Wonderful amenities including a pristine saltwater pool, full gym and a gourmet General Store. The residents are very friendly and there are many clubs and activities. The architecture is quintessentially Coastal Carolina. The streets are quiet and clean and accommodate golf carts. All this and our dogs love it here too!

Are are there many families with small kids there or is this mostly an older community?
