I had my passport renewed this past week. Kelly was beyond helpful and she had a wonderful personality to go with her professionalism. The other young lady was also very helpful in addressing my needs prior to Kelly coming out to assist with my appointment. It's nice to deal with good people! Thanks ladies!

Scheduled an appointment for our infant to get a passport. We were there 10 minutes before our appointment and waited in line behind 5 people in the lobby to let them know we were there. The lady handling the front checked us in and apparently marked us late. Waited another 20 minutes for Kelly to roll out of the back office with a condescending attitude to tell us to reschedule because we were late. We weren't late Kelly was too lazy to come out of the back office to take care of her job. Don't waste your time dealing with these people. What a disgrace. Kelly - have some respect and do your job.

HORRIBLE POST OFFICE! We live like 2 minutes away from this post office, and for whatever reason our stuff always arrives late, every time! I ordered stuff on eBay over a week ago and I was told by this post office that it was delivered, 3 days later still never arrived! It happens all the time. Also I bought a 60$ blu ray player. And we had a picnic table outside on our porch with a sign specifically saying, "leave package under table. Later on I went to get my blu ray player package. And it was on top of the table, instead of under. The box was dented, and the player was soaking wet from an earlier downpour. Doesn't even work now! I called twice, they never answer! I'll definitely be calling corporate. Screw that trash place!😠
