I’ve been seeing Dr Njapa for nearly 8 years and always had a good experience. They’re great about making the correct diagnosis the first time and not wasting my time or money with unnecessary appointments. The nurses are professional, and the people in the office have honestly bent over backwards to help me resolve issues with my insurance provider/pharmacy to make sure I have the medications I need. 👍

Don’t come here. You’re treated very differently if your there for Suboxone management. The receptionist “Jessie” was just plain mean & clearly you could see different people were treated differently & she did it so clearly when different patients went up to her at the reception window. Dr Njapa was so rude & has no bedside manner what so ever. He doesn’t care about his patients or he would spend more than the 5 minutes he’s with patients. And if you actually need help with mental health or substance abuse, do NOT come here. Go to Coastal Horizons or Carter Clinic. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life & will never go back.

Worst Dr. Office ever I had Dr. Brandon for almost a year and he never filled any of my meds! My mental Healthcare provider was filling in until O had a primary. I choose Dr. Brandon and he still didn't give me any meds..I have high blood pressure and take almost 6 different medications. After He would not give me my BP medication I cursed him out about it and was discharged, but I let Him know you are a primary Dr and supposed to make sure I have my BP medication and anything that my psychiatrist does not prescribe for mental health. They did Him a favor. Most of the clients I've seen there have been going because they are getting patches for hermon...ppl like that! Not tryna talk about nobody but that was what was going on almost right after they moved to Greenfield street!

I ADORE Dr. Najapa & the sweet nurses at Costal MD's. Visits & wait time are super quick! It's like another extended family I get to check in with. I've NEVER had a bad experience with ANY of the Costal MD team. They are THE MOST clean, friendly & respectful group of professionals I've had the opportunity to have as my personal Physicians. That's saying something! Not to mention their waiting area & patient rooms are beautifully painted thus keeping you calmly at peace if your nervous about Dr visits. Thank you Dr. Najapa & to all the kind nurses on staff at Costal MD's Don't know what I would do without you!
