This review is a follow up to my review 2 years ago. I am still enjoying my bioidentical hormone pellets, my peptides, Botox, and my updates on my Mona Lisa. The combination of these complimentary treatments have proven essential to my health and well being. I have lots of energy, sleep like a rock, and my weight is the same as when I was in the 6th grade. I am 64 years old now. Dr. Pate, Deb, Catie, and Rhonda are a great support team and I appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to go the extra distance to facilitate my health endeavors. Went to biosymmetry for menopause symptoms. I'm so glad I did. I've been to 3 gyns and pretty much got "deal with it" attitude !!!. At biosymmetry they did blood and tests and now my symptoms have been addressed thank you biosymmetry

Thank you for contacting us. Insurance companies require you to meet certain criteria to have therapy covered. The total testosterone has to be below a certain value they establish and have two levels drawn on different days to confirm the value is below the criteria. You can contact you particular provider to confirm the established guidelines for their organization. However, we are not contracted with any insurance entity, so therefore the cost would be out of pocket. We could give you the procedure codes and diagnosis codes to self file for reimbursement with your insurance company. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
