They don’t understand how to do nails correctly and rush to finish your nails and it is not correctly done and they don’t treat each costumer with care and are very disrespectful

Now I can check all the boxes since I've found Mani-Q-Spa... in particular Angie for nails and Hi for pedicure. I come in with a new nail design pic and every time Angie knocks it out of the park! Absolutely 💜 her work! Hi gives the best pedicure / foot massage ever!!🦶😁 I tried multiple nail salons in Wilmington and I've found my 4ever home!!!😉

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The man who did my nails was super rough with them. He was also very rude. I explained to him that my nails are real and that they are thin so the drill can’t be used to remove my polish. I told him this at the beginning of the manicure and he had an attitude for the remainder of the time I was there. He drowned my nails in nail polish remover to the point where it made a mess. He also pulled on my fingers a lot and was rough when removing the cuticles. He basically ripped my cuticles off and it was especially painful since he didn’t allow my nails to soak in water for a decent time. At the end of the service he told me he uses the drill on everyone and no one says anything. I tried explaining to him again that my nails are different and he again gave me an attitude. I am new to Wilmington and this is the first nail salon I’ve tried. I was hoping to become a regular here since it has mostly good reviews. Do not come to this place. They’ll catch a fit if you ask them to do anything different even though you’re the one paying for it. Also, I saw them reuse tools without sanitizing them.
