I’ve used Stone Heat and Air for several projects and every time they have preformed beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

When I had a service request, the technician was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When I had an emergency outage, the owner came out to diagnose the problem and was able to repair it on the spot.

Stone Heating and Air was a pleasure to work with. When our A/C unit went out, they sent someone over immediately to check on the issue. They explained what was wrong, provided a solution and got the ball rolling to get it fixed in a timely manner. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and are now our go to provider for any HVAC needs that we may have. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a reliable, honest, hard working company.

Very responsive. Found the issue and got me up and running fast.

Mr Tibett’s thank you for the question. Though we would like to know and possibly see exactly what the situation is we would not recommend putting anything plastic on your system. The potential for the plastic melting would be both dangerous for you and could lead to serious issues for the equipment. We would advise that you have a certified and licensed professional heating and air conditioning company inspect the system and then make a recommendation. That way you and your household is safe and the equipment is properly serviced. Please let us know if you would like us to schedule an appointment or if we can do anything else for you. Thanks again for the question.
It could be a couple of different things. Starting at the thermostat, make sure the unit is turned on! Going from there, it could be something with the furnace itself, or it could be tied to the outdoor unit. Best have a professional technician take a look!
