This McDonald's is the worst. I go in for a 2 cheese burger meal. The clerk didn't even know what I was talking about and asked what number it was. The number wasn't on the board then it appeared I say the number seven. With an extra sweet tea. They only gave me one cheese burger and said their was only one.On the receipt. They charged me $7.60 a cheese burger two drinks and a small fry not even a medium like I had ordered. Don't go there ever I have always had terrible experiences there. Honestly it's worth it to go to Medford McDonald's or not go to McDonald's at all

Some people are just unhappy that they don't even know what they're doing. You can just go to the Manager and express your concerns.
You can actually just download the McDonald's app and when you click on the "order" icon along the bottom of your screen, it'll take you to their menu and at the top it'll have two options: "pickup" and "mcdelivery" :)
