Rude and condescending window lady. Shake spilled all over my wife and the inside of the car. When asked to fix and make a new one, got looks like *we* were the rude ones. Forgot to give us our food. No apology. Just disappeared for 5 minutes, returned with our food and sent us away. I get working at Sonic sucks, but come on...

The sonic's in Oregon was delicious. The one that I though was nasty was in Illinois. If I'm asked a question im going to tell the truth about a situation. Not my intentions to turn in anybody to whoever Karen is but customers pay money for service and when ordering food I feel it should be good. Most managers and business owners take pride in the ownership/employment and would want to know if there is any problem so they can fix it. If nothing is ever done then you just lose business and thats not the purpose when running a business. I'm not saying everybody or pointing my figers at anybody but just from being a manager, that there are a lot of employees out there that done care about anything but the pay check so there fore any problem should be brought to somebodys attentions.
Only drive thru, you can't order at the stalls.
