Just stop into the clubhouse. There seems to be activity there. Once you meet a few people I'm sure you will discover more that is happening.

When you see a for sale sign in front of the trailers. That means you are buying just the trailer not the land. I am in Arizona' right now so I don't know how many homes are for sale. But the rent right now is $560 a month and it will go up again At the first of the new year. All the people that live in there are just the nicest and they all look out for eachother...I would call the office in the morning. She will return your call
