Was very impressed with the floor plans & wanted to move to this complex. I called the office everyday for 3 weeks and left voicemails. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. This was a BIG RED FLAG & made me wonder if it’s difficult for tenants to get in touch with the office. Decided to move on to other options.

Mixed feelings. I came in to view an apartment, and dude started asking very personal questions. lol. Asked about my credit score, job title, etc. I'm just here to view an apt dude! Every other place didn't ask and showed me around politely. Parking lot has a "few" broken cars in the visitor parking. Lots of mosquitos because they have water flowing through the property. The place is VERY OUTDATED and shotty painting covering up the flaws. The loft is nice, but it could use some updating. I was also sent to the wrong apt two times (ANNOYING).

San Leandro racquet club is close to freeway entrances, shopping, donning and Bart. Alyc is friendly and very helpful. Earlier in the year a tree had fallen due to the high winds and broke the banister. Alyc and his team were very quick to get vendors out to do repairs and assisted all affected. They made sure the area was safe for residents as well. He is very understanding and willing to help. Other staff members were also very helpful with assisting on lock outs. The apartments especially the one bedroom town homes are updated with a grey plank flooring white counter tops and spacious loft style bedroom . If looking for an apartment home in San Leandro I highly suggest this community and speak to Alyc.
