Excellent service! Juan at the San Leandro Nissan service center was so easy and wonderful to work with. I showed up very stressed out about the problem my car was having and Juan took care of the whole process of dealing with it in a prompt, friendly and professional manner and went above and beyond to figure out the issue. I was so impressed! I've interacted with dealerships in the area before, but this was the first time since I bought my car that I felt like it was worth buying a new car to have a measure of security and support I wouldn't otherwise have. John at the rental car center was also efficient, kind and courteous to work with. Thank you both!

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! This place is a joke !!!!!! HAROON promised me some seat coverings for my new car never got it !!!!!!!! 2 months with having my car my window cracked outta nowhere , looked on Google and YouTube and everyone else is having problems with 2020 -2022 Nissan Altima windows getting cracked outta nowhere , took it to service one person came out and said it was a stress crack , than the manger gon come out and say it’s not and put his pen through the crack to make it bigger saying a rock hit it LOL 😂 they just didn’t wanna pay for a new windshield for me ……. !!!!! Shoulda did my research before I came here to buy a new car …… smh ! Lesson learned ! Very very upset 😠!!!!!!!
