I went to do bloodwork here and I didn't even have an appointment. I was seen right away, and all the employees were very friendly. Carlos drew my blood, and he was so friendly it was a great experience. I have deep veins and he got it on the first try, all while chatting and had fun music playing in the background. I am not squeamish around blood, but if I was this place would be great to go to since the atmosphere is so calm and relaxed. I'll definitely use this lab again!

All COVID testing is done outside, however if you do not have a vehicle and plan on arriving either by taxi or Uber, we can setup a chair for you outside. Hope this answers your question, if you have further concerns please do not hesitate in giving us a call, 831-324-0772.

We have an expedited PCR test if that is what you are needing. Results within 6 hours of testing. Please check to see what the most up to date testing need is for Honduras, we also have rapid antigen, or Abbott IDNOW NAAT all same day results also. Appointments are made at labtestmonterey.com. Our COVID-19 testing is open to everyone. If arriving by plane we suggest waiting at least 3 days and then getting a rT PCR test, results 2 to 3 days. Or waiting 4 days for a rapid antigen test, results same day. We are a self pay facility and do not bill insurance, though you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Julie, we have two types of active virus SARS CoV-2 tests. The rapid antigen will give you results same day and the rT PCR test where results are within 2 to 3 days. Appointments for either test can be made at labtestmonterey.com. Safe travels.

The lab we use for testing has applied to the State of Hawaii to be on their approved list. We expect that to come through at any time, but until then we are unable to fulfill that requirement for the State. Depending on when you are traveling please check in with us. Turnaround time has been about 48 hours.
