I cannot even rate this company one star. All bad from day 1! Charges that were not supposed to be charged. My TV worked until one of their techs came out... I don't even know what to say. All the comments pretty much sum it up

Honestly Wave/astound has been horrible from the start. Used to have Xfinity and they were awesome, no outages ever and constantly great service. Having to switch to “wave” due to the area we are in is terrible. Constant outages, employees on the phone blaming it on latency issues in the area and having to have technicians come out every month just to get what we pay for is not fun. Have gigabite internet and average 10 Mbps download speeds, what a joke. At this point having to choose between them and ATT is a hard choice, but starting to feel like a switch to ATT might be needed…. Would give 0 stars if I could at this point… VERY FRUSTRATING when everything is online now a days.
