People are very slow and short when asking for instructions but that’s not what bothers me at all to each his own I was sending a box and it came to me in a black bag which I only sent back exactly the same way and yes it was very well taped in all 4 corners , but the guy said he couldn’t send it like that unless I tapped The Whole box with tape entirely he had a roll of tape sitting right next to him and I ask can we just tape it there ? ( if you wonder about the size it was a shoe box not a massive gigantic one) He said I will have to buy a roll of tape and do it myself. Really? Not only was he rude and mean but the level of stupidity was immeasurable obviously he didn’t want to do his job nor he care for me to take my business elsewhere It’s a shame very few places care this days for real customer service.
