Very professional and courteous. I came here for UK visa biometric enrollment. Although I didn't bring my passport (it was delayed in transit from another visa application), the staff here were willing to help me and allowed me to proceed with a photocopy plus an original US green card. This saved me at least a month's wait (and 300 bucks) for another appointment. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Absolutely the best government agency I've ever interacted with.

The people who work here are the best. Very friendly staff. We had three separate appointments, but they took us all in at the same time. Thank you to the lady at the front and the lady inside. You guys are the best.

Folks were awesome at this place. Because of a medical emergency we couldn't go during the given appointment date and time. We went there 3 days later. They accepted a walk-in.

Hello, it depends, if you are going to leave by plane if they are going to ask for the vogente passport, both when you leave and when you enter but if you leave the country by land no, but when you are refreshed, it is best to make sure you update your passport before leaving, it is also faster to do it here at the Mexican consulate in Salt Lake City, than in Mexico!

Can you go to their office without an appointment?
