Not impressed with today's outcome. Went in to talk to a manager or rep to get a check cashed that has two names on it. He told me they were short staffed and there were no reps and to make an appointment(which is fine), but I asked him who are all these people in cubicles? He than sighed and asked me what I needed, couldn't even get two words in and he walked away to help the front. Was told to sit and wait, as he came back out he just ignored us, so we left. Not super happy with this bank to be honest. 8/11/22 Much better experience, got everything handled, manager was really nice and understanding this time. Talked to us about what happened and our issues were solved. So I did wanna say I felt much better about the over all experience.

Had me stand in line for 30min. When I arrive to the teller the system went down. When the system rebooted 5-10minutes later, they told me I couldn’t cash my check and they did not want to make the effort of contacting the person. I asked to speak to a manager, Erika let me know he was in a meeting but somehow she was able to quickly get a hold of the manager (Edwin)? Told me to come back 30min it’s later but I wasn’t guaranteed that I would be able to speak with the manager. Would not recommend this branch to anyone that values their time.
