Lines are long and tellers are slow. I'm not a Bank of America account holder but from time to time I attempt to go inside to cash a check which takes days if you don't want to wait in line.

This place is hell on earth - I need to go inside a bank maybe once per year to get a cashier's check or take out piles of cash. Who are all these people who need to go inside and chat to the only teller they have while the line is completely endless? Please God, have them invent a teller-less solution for cashier's checks, fire all tellers and branch managers and make ATMs and online services provide us with all our banking needs.
