4 months ago this place would of got 2 stars, but they were acquired by a new company and I must say I am impressed. They added cameras for safety, more staff, and new automated gates. The old ones used to break often making it slow to exit some days. Keep up the good work guys!!

October 2017. $8 to park all day. Lost ticket is $30. Parking garage gets full early. You can see bumbs laying on the ground when ealking to the Roybal and Federal Building. They accept cash and card as a form of paymemt. The ticket machine at the gate accepts card only.

No. If you check their website for locations 414 E. Commercial St. is no longer listed. This parking lot changed hands a few months ago. I could be wrong though, but removing the company name from the building was a big hint for the monthly folk.
