I park here fairly often. Covered parking which is nice so you don't get airplane exhaust dust on your car. Pretty secure and clean, no problems here for me. Well lighted and located next door to the LAX Hyatt Hotel.

Park at your own high risk. Damage was done to my family's brand new 2022 Lexus RX350. I tried reaching out to the facility and Vonda, the "manager," was very abrupt and rude. She said to contact Ace Parking, which I did. This was their legal team's response "once a vehicle is driven away from the premises, a fair determination cannot be made as to when and where the damage occurred. The employees at the location where you parked have been contacted and are unaware of any automobile accidents during the time that your vehicle was parked with us." I called the facility again, they said they do not monitor any of the vehicles at their location. Bottom line: caveat emptor (BUYER BEWARE). Photograph and document everything when dropping off your vehicle and then do the same when picking it up. This is a shady operation.

There are so many options to park at LAX. But I've used this several times and am satisfied. It's a little complicated to find but with GPS you can't miss even though for a year or two you can only get at it off of a one-way street that's under construction. It's combined with several other parking entities so that can also be a little confusing. But it's spacious and clean and this time in particular we were invited to use a valet spot downstairs which was very convenient. The shuttle to the airport runs frequently and it makes the drop off pretty easy. We did have to wait for probably 20 minutes on the return while shuttles from other parking garages came by two three or four times. It was a little annoying but eventually this one showed up and we were on our way. The price is not cheap but considering that it's close it's probably about middle.

They need to work on not having their drivers talking and holding their cell phone while driving passengers to and from the airport to the garage. (One driver specifically) They also need to work on helping customers with disabilities place their luggage on and off the coach. The driver claimed that they can no longer do that but 3 days before another driver assisted me when recognizing I had a disability. This particular driver last night on Bus 17 around 11pm claimed he couldn't help with our luggage that it was against policy yet talking on the phone while driving...cussing...and complaining that he hates working but went back because he was off for a year and got bored - extremely unprofessional and not to mention against the law to operate a vehicle while in motion. This driver when asked for his name stated it was none of our business and that we wouldn't be on the bus for very long. At his age he should be ashamed of himself. Afterall if it weren't for passengers he would not be employed. I have used Quick Park and only refer it regardless of price because of the friendly drivers..quick response in time to and from the airport and garage and can only hope this will not be the new standard of the drivers they hire and employee in the future.
