I was standing in the store for 4-5 minutes and nobody came to help me. The couple that were there before me was waiting for more then 7 minutes and still no one came. Then, they left. It was a very disappointing experience.

My Lenovo X220 laptop needs a new DC plug socket. It's a $5-$10 part on ebay, how much to install/replace? Or can you get a Genuine Lenovo part and install? Thanks
