Online pickup with Crazy Deal card went smoothly. The Crazy Deal brought the item to a much better price than any other vendor had, including their sale prices. This (New Haven location) is the most convenient location for me. Notes: parking lot has always been cleared of snow; and store is laid out well, so finding what I need is usually a painless process.

So after leaving a 2 star review the company reached out for more details so here goes. This store is an absolute disaster; it is always messy, the staff is unfriendly, and navigating the store is challenging because it is so cramped. I understand that this is a bargain store with merchandise changing often, but this location has no natural flow and is actually quite depressing to shop at!
