Bob Sparks really impressed me. I have had my grandfather cleaned twice before by other people in its 30 years, but not like Bob. The others just cleaned the clock from the side doors and oiled the parts. Bob was here for over an hour. He arrived on time and went right to work. He took the entire clock apart so he could work on the clock movement on his stand. He inspected and showed me the one area where dirt had really built up because the other people could not see or reach this area by working from the sides. He then reassembled the clock and methodically listened to the chimes and clock strikes. He also was nice enough to take 15 minutes to look at a 100 year old mantle clock we had that had stopped working. I just wanted his opinion on whether he thought It was worth fixing and about how much. Well Bob looked at it and did a quick adjustment on it and it has been working perfectly since. He educated me on how to properly handle and move mantle clocks. If you have a clock you love, call Bob. You won't be disapointed.

I highly recommend Sparks Clock Repair! I have a Pier 1 clock that I loved but stopped working. I took it to Bob and he was able to repair it and kept me informed on the status the entire time. My clock is fixed and back in its place. I couldn’t be happier!
