I don't know how I hadn't tried Rita's before but during the heatwave popped in. So I've never tried Custard and figured I'd go with the classic twist which hit the spot perfectly. Can wait to go back and try other variations

Ritas Ice has nice ice and frozen custard. Very polite staff and a great sweet treat to beat the heat. Give them a try if you're in the area. There's also another location in the Hayward Hills. They helped sponsor the CVHS football team and offered a free shaved iced too 👍🏼

The ice cream sundae was great, but the whip cream, the peanuts, and the fudge count as toppings, and you get 2 included.

All employees wear masks and there is signage limiting the number of people inside the shop at any time.
Ritas hires starting at 16. You need to get a food handling permit, but you can do that online pretty easily.
